These soft bretzels (or pretzels) are made using fresh yeast and come sprinkled with Atlantic sea salt for an Irish touch! The smaller pretzel has only a salt topping and is really handy for children’s lunchboxes. The larger one is also topped with a generous sprinkling of seeds (poppy, pumpkin, sunflower). Although best eaten on the day, they can be freshened up in the oven the following day. They freeze really well and can be defrosted/warmed as needed.
