Made using a 100% organic rye starter, white and wholemeal wheat flours, and sea salt, this country bread is reminiscent of those crunchy, rounded boules you might find in a French boulangerie – a pain de campagne! Fabulous fresh or toasted. It also freezes well. After fully defrosting, freshen up for 10 mins in a warm oven (160°C).

Made with an all-white flour organic starter, white spelt and wheat flours, and sea salt, and a process lasting anything from 36 to 48 hours, this San Francisco-style sourdough is deliciously tangy and chewy. When toasted, it makes fabulous BLTs and open sandwiches.
