soups
All soups are 100% homemade and natural. They are made to order, using fresh ingredients. Not only are they tasty, nutritious and satisfying, they are also (with very few exceptions) gluten-free and vegetarian. They contain no thickening agents, no additives, no nasties – just pure vegetable goodness! However, many of the soups do contain some form of dairy, so if you require a dairy-free version, please be sure to mention this when ordering.

Because the soups are only ever made fresh to order, it is not possible to make individual portions of various flavours. Each soup is prepared and sold ‘batch style’. What this basically means is that you’re getting a full pot of soup, delivered in a choice of 3 or 4 ‘portion pots’, each containing 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of soup. This is enough for one generous portion as a stand-alone meal, or two portions as a starter. The soups can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. The portion pots are freezable and recyclable – but please don’t reheat the soup in the cardboard pots; transfer them first to a saucepan or microwaveable bowl.

Authentic, ready-to-roll pizza dough, sold as individual, freezable portions – €9 for 3 pizzas or €17 for 6 - Zesty ginger, lemon & soy dressing
Drizzle this tangy, refreshing salad dressing over your greens, sliced tomatoes, couscous or pasta salad, or just about anything. As it contains zero preservatives, it needs to be refrigerated and used within 3 weeks – €8 for 250 ml (return empty bottle for 0.50 cents back)
