Perfect at any time of day (or night), these pillow-soft buttermilk scones taste delicious with butter or, to be very decadent, with jam and cream. They are best eaten on the day they’re baked, but can also be warmed up in the oven, microwave or toaster. They also freeze well.

All scones can also be made to order in smaller ‘party’ size.
